A shooting incident happened near Surigao Medical Center. The victim who died after suffering 5 gunshot wounds identified as Villezel “Titing” Silvosa Villegas, 37 years old minyo, Swertres Collector and a resident of Silay Hills. He was shot by a riding in tandem.
According to Police Supt. Jay Baybayan, fatal shooting incident happened at KM 1 National highway near Surigao Medical Center, Brgy Washington, Surigao City.
The incident happened 2:50 pm of Nov 3.
Victim was shot by motor riding criminals tailed the victim while also driving his mio motorcycle upon reaching the area of incident the suspect threacherously shot the victim hitting his vital parts that resulted to his instantaneous death.
