Report on Apprehension of Person with Warrant of Arrest
On September 3, 2020 around 11:10am in Purok 8, Brgy Mat-i, Surigao City, joint personnel from CIDG-SDN Field Unit and Surigao City Police Station, Subpoena/Warrant Section(lead Unit) led by PLT VICENTE B ALSONG arrested Lovely Jane Jugadora Quillano, Filipino, female, 22 years old, married, jobless, a resident of Purok 8, Brgy Mat-i, Surigao City, by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for Qualified Theft docketed under Criminal Case No. 14995 dated August 7, 2020 issued by Hon. Catalina Shineta M. Tare-Palacio Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 32, San Jose, Dinagat Islands, Surigao City with recommended bail bond of Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php24,000.00).
The arresting Police Officers duly presented the Warrant of Arrest and informed her Constitutional Rights under the Miranda Doctrine and Anti-Torture Law. Documentation is now being prepared by this Police station for the information of the issuing Court.
