Two suspected female drug pushers residing at Barangay Agusan Pequeño, Butuan City
PDEA 13 ARRESTED TWO SUSPECTED FEMALE PUSHERS
Two suspected female drug pushers residing at Barangay Agusan Pequeño, Butuan City were arrested by PDEA 13 in a buy-bust operation conducted round 10:30 in the evening of August 12, 2017.
PDEA Regional Director Aileen T. Lovitos identified the arrested suspects as Lordjane Alpuerto y Ramonida alias “Inday Lorjane”, 37 years old and Loida Mae San Juan y Llamas alias “Loida”, 27 years old, both residents of Purok Silangan, Brgy. Agusan Pequeño, Butuan City.
The Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET) Alpha and Bravo led by Agent Mark Anthony D. Paler under the supervision of Regional Director Aileen T. Lovitos conducted buy-bust operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspects.
Confiscated during said buy-bust operation were five (5) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of white crystalline substance of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu with an aggregate weight of more or less 0.5 grams worth Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php2,500.00).
Also recovered during the buy-bust operation was the one (1) piece genuine Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) buy-bust money.
Confiscated pieces of drug evidence and urine specimen of the suspects were submitted to the PDEA Laboratory Section for laboratory examination. The screening and confirmatory examination on the urine samples of the above suspects conducted by the on-duty Chemist yield positive for the presence of methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu.
Cases for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Section 26 paragraph b (Conspiracy) in relation to Section 5, and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 are being prepared for filing before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Butuan City.
The suspect is temporarily detained at PDEA RO 13 Detention Facility for proper disposition.
